Municipal pool in McAllen is an old generation 6 lane pool with two L shapped areas I. The tank, one diving well, and one shallower area. Bathrooms/ shower areas were re-tile'd spring 2019. Gus and Goldie swim lessons with the city and some times if day lap swimming- and some open swim scheduled at times.

Pretty clean
I got there and one life guard didn’t show up so I couldn’t use the diving boards. I only swam for 10 minutes because a kid pooped in the pool and they kicked us out without a refund.
Great place for kids to play softball or baseball
We had a private group party here. It was GREAT! Staff are attentive and nice. Pool was clean and a good size for our large group. We had a BLAST!
