Wonderful experience. The front desk receptionist was friendly and knowledgable. Javier, the x-ray tech was very professional. I would highly recommend. Plus they were very prompt - hardly had any wait time.

I got here with my family at 10am (which was the time of my appointment) i had to wait 1 hour in the waiting room.They attended other people who had just arrived. I was not very satisfied with my visit.The workers were too social and talking about very unprofessional things.I also see that im not the first one to encounter these problems. Fix this immediately!

8 AM 03/26/2019 MRI: The front office was much too social with each other, neglecting patients. 1) the young lady was hard to understand with her high pitched voice. 2) she took my ID and insurance card 3) the technician was very professional and explained well the procedure. 4) finished with the MRI and no one was interested in me so I left. 4) two miles down the road I received a phone call telling me I had forgotten my driver's license. (The girl again with her high pitched voice was very hard to understand 5) returned back to the office and was then informed I owed 55. Paid my bill and asked for an evaluation form. The girl said she didn't understand my request. I told her to Google evaluation and she knew the meaning but knew nothing about an evaluation form. Suggestion: if workers have downtime they should not be visible to the patients...the front desk service was poor.

The tech showed a lack of professional courtesy the staff could be heard talking about the fact that if your appointment was at 8am you had to wait until tech decided to arrive usually late I was treated rudely very bad business etiquette my husband and I will not do business with this office again
