MMA POP OFF!

The app sinks I forgot my password & tried signing in. Answered the 2 security questions right, then got a temporary password. Just too sign in again for it to tell me to put the original password why bother having that button just too type out the password I forgot.

My water bill is over 100.00. It's a home but thats beyond ridiculous. When I lived in an apartment I paid no more than 40.00.

No notifications when working on water pipes since they are fixed as soon as possible.\ How long does soon as possible have to get to send information to the residents of McAllen. Please notify residents when you cut the water lines. It takes 2 minutes to upload that information to the Mcallen Utility Webpage. Please let people know, when you will work on water pipelines, even if you think you might fix it right away, since its been 4 hours I was about to pay my bill when it isnt even due yet, money is precious on COVID times.

What will it take for someone to actually read these reviews and do something about it?...it’s obvious the staffing for this service is bad and not knowledgeable about any information. what kind of education do you need to work here. Might just need the people to vote for better board of trustees if you want better service for your homes, looks like they don’t care about what really is happening in the city...only about taking your money. “The Customer Relations Department serves as the primary point of contact for citizens wishing to connect or disconnect water, sewer and sanitation services and for payment of those services. McAllen Public Utility strives to continually enhance the services provided to our customers through innovative technology while maintaining some of the lowest utility rates in the Rio Grande Valley and throughout the state of Texas. The Customer Relations Department strives daily in exceeding the services and expectations of the citizens and visitors of the great City of McAllen.” Can we say lies!!! Please someone rewrite this for them!
