Our Mission home has a very steep roof but it was no problem for these guys. Everyone at McAllen Valley Roofing was great and they got the job done on time.
We discovered our roof had multiple leaks and after some referrals from our neighbors we called Mcallen Valley Roofing. We are so happy that we did. The entire process was very simple, Phillip provided a full roof inspection and gave us several options. We decided on a full roof replacement. The crew worked around our schedule, were very clean and worked quickly.
They charge good money for their work but when you have a warranty claim they send sub contractors that are not even from around here (during storm weather) and they denied the claim and wanted me to pay 1200.00 for the repair. It’s ridiculous! Also tried to reach a lady from the warranty department but she is never available and would not call back either. Very disappointed but I guess lesson learned
I contacted Mcallen Valley Roofing Co. to get an estimate for replacing a flat roof. They were able to come out the same day and provided a detailed and fair quote for the work they would perform. The work was finished ahead of schedule and to my complete satisfaction. I recommend them if you are looking for a roofing contractor.
