Great management place. Everyone in there just wonderful, April and Cynthia so adorable. I've been renting since like almost 5 years ago and am very pleased with every different house or apartment that I've had been on renting. They resolve issues quick and fix anything right away.

April is EXTREMELY RUDE when talking to you & they claim to call you about an issue but they never do. If you have children I don’t recommend you rent with them as they don’t fix wobbly stairs & threaten to evict you if your child runs inside your apartment at 2pm due to “excessive noise.” The contract states they fumigate every 3 months & ive been here for over six months and have only seen them do it once when I first got the apartment. They’re only nice to you when trying to get you to rent an apartment.they also claim to have given you an apartment ready to move in but they didn’t even have a shower head when I arrived and there was a hole in the wall that was never fixed, which I’m sure she’ll blame on me.

First time renting through a real estate agent...NEVER AGAIN. Nothing ever gets fixed in their apartments & apparently older buildings in McAllen have a severe pest problem.

Connie almazan was very rude when i called to let them know that my windows were leaking. As soon as my lease is up im gonna move out. PS my windows still haven't been fixed. I was told I needed to get renters insurance to cover any losses, but renters insurance only covers MAJOR water damage not leaking windows.
