I dont recommend this place. Yes it is cheap if you have no insurance compared to other places. I went back in June and just got my glasses done this month, because when I asked for a quote there, the day I had my exam done they came up with a ridiculous price. We're talking about 400 for a pair of glasses, cheapest frames at that. So I went and got them done this month elsewhere and I couldn't see. I went back to the dr because I was told over the phone that they would check me again at no cost to assure they weren't the ones who made a mistake! To my surprise they said they couldn't do It and who ever I spoke to didn't work there. Manager came out and started doing some trial exam and marked my glasses so I could take to the store to get my glasses fixed. I think he just wanted me gone so he did whatever to do so. Which i did and I still can't see out of one eye. So save your money and go else where even if you have to pay more. The doctor wasn't even there when I got my exam done she was over zoom im guessing because of covid, so i have no idea how that was a proper exam. I will be contacting a lawyer to see if anything can be done. Or to see if they can check this place out, reading the other reviews this happens ALOT.

Fast service great exam/glasses deals. Janet, has great customer service. The optometrist Dr. Sopero (sorry for misspelling) was super thorough with the eye exam and addressed every concern I had. Hope, you have the same experience I did.

Edit 2: after over a month of calls to customer service repeatedly telling me a manager would give me a call back in 24-48 hours and unsuccessful attempts trying to reach the store, I was finally called back by the brand manager who gave me a refund. So I'm increasing the rating a bit. Still insane it was so difficult to get to this point though. Edit: I called that number given to me. It's the same number I've been calling. Same experience. Customer service representative can't get in contact with the store. Leaves a message. Promises me a call back, no call back. I want my money back. This is a scam and theft refusing to give me what I paid for or my money back. It has been A MONTH. Worst service I've ever experienced. I'll give them credit where credit is due, I was given an eye exam same day and didn't wait long. But that's where the praise ends. The glasses are horribly overpriced. 130 for a pair of glasses where the paint scratched off in 2 days and the temples flop around loosely after just 3 weeks or so. But it was buy one get one free so alright. I went for their deal. I never got my 2nd pair of glasses. I called, was told they had been picked up already, and they'd call me in 24-48 hours. I wasn't called back. Several back and forth attempts later, I found out that no my glasses weren't stolen from the store, they were never made and they couldn't get the frame I ordered. They couldn't have told me that in the two weeks I was waiting for them to be completed? It's been nearly a month now since my first visit and I can't get back in touch with a manager to get a refund. Just an endless loop of calling customer service and being told I'll be called back in 24-48 hours. I still have not received at the very least a partial refund. The eye exams are okay. But do not shop here for glasses ever. They're poor quality, overpriced, and if you have any problems trying to reach someone about them is an absolute and utter nightmare.

Doctor Cortez went it of his way to find her an extra pair, to get us by. He blessed us today, he would not take our money. You truly have God sent Angels that work in your establishment. They don't explain the entire cost of lens and other hidden fees. If I could give it No stars I would. I spoke to a customer service representative and they told me they couldn't help me because they were supposedly already working on my glasses. I Do Not recommend this place. You can find better prices elsewhere.
