Don't even waste your time. These people took information for my son to get him a car seat and promised that we would have an answer from the insurance this month and here we are a month later and they cannot find any type of paperwork for him and he doesn't even have a file.called multiple times and even left the manager multiple voicemails and he couldn't have the common courtesy to get back to me or return my phone call. take your business elsewhere because apparently they don't care about wasting people's time.

poor customer service. took months to get my babies walker and my family and I had to call them regularly to check for updates. now we're waiting on her stroller and it seems like they don't want to do their job. I do everything they ask me too and when it's their turn I always get some type of excuse.

It was the best experience in ordering a new ultra-lite wheelchair that I had in all my 32 yrs of being a paraplegic. I am extremely satisfied with the wheelchair they put together for me. Roland Reyes the head of National Seating and Mobility has 20 years in the business so rest a sure that he has your best interest in mind. Roland’s tremendous knowledge in wheelchairs and accessories is shown in how he explains to you what wheelchair and accessories are suited for your type of disability. Also the NSM staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. NSM made the process dealing with my insurance seamless. I totally recommend National Seating and Mobility for any mobility equipment you need. I know I plan to go there next time I need a new wheelchair.
