The quality of service is terrible at this place. The phone calls go unanswered and voicemails are ignored. They also like to schedule tech appointments with techs that don't show up on time. I understand that unexpected delays can occur with repairs or evaluations, but they don't even have the decent courtesy to notify the client. They think because we are in wheelchairs, that we have nothing else to do but wait. These chairs are our legs, our arms, our bodies, and when they fail, that leaves us immobile and dependent on irresponsible companies that only care about being payed for a service that they don't provide as advertised. Shame on you numotion.

First of all, when you go to their store, their counters are tall. You can't see the person at the front desk. That should've told me something! Their customer service is horrible. You call and they never return your calls. They made changes to my wheelchair order without consulting with me first and charged me extra parts I did not order. In their defense, they did remove the charges but only because I spoke up. In the end, I loved my new chair but it sure was a hassle.

Bad service... They don't answer the phone, and if you leave a voicemail they won't return your call.
They don’t return call and they promise you something even with the approve of insurance you don’t get it. I spoke even with the manager and you resolve are done . Think twice before you order from them.
