I had a great experience at this Office Depot. I needed help with a printing project. The first associate I worked with probably was new and was struggling but Kaylee came over to assist and within a few minutes had my project ready to print and I was on my way. Thanks for a job well done. Professional work and speedy. Highly recommend.

The store at Las Tiendas Plaza in McAllen is filthy from the ground up. The store manager there is lazy. He and the long legged girl that is always next to him, (6ft distance doesn't even exist between them) are so rude, they never welcome anybody into the store. And they hide away when they see customers that are looking for help. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there. They don't even sanitize the carts for the customers. More chances of getting sick and catching something. Stay safe. Stay away.

Yanexy in the Print Shop was no help at all. Explained to her that we were not available to make changes to a previous email that we had sent to the store to print off fundraiser tickets due to our son battling outside of the valley. She said she could not assist us without us making the changes. We were not even given the opportunity to pay a set up fee or anything, she just flat said she couldn’t do anything to help. Called a different Office Depot and they were happy to help us after we forwarded the email to their store. When we get back to the valley, we will never use this Office Depot again. Victoria

Need more people in printing area. Takes forever. Other staff standing around doing nothing could easily help people in printing area since the store is so dead and no one at registers. Line in printing area is hella long. Been here 20 min and has not moved

I was looking for a long slender box. But office depot did not sell any. But a sales associate had some cardboard she went above her duties to help. Thank you young lady.
