Kristi Ochoa is the best Pediatric PA around and we keep coming back for her excellent attention and care. However, their clinic’s organizational process needs improvement. We’ve waisted multiple hours waiting for scheduled appointments when we should have been at school and work. When I’ve brought the wait times up to the staff, they act annoyed and tell me “we’ve had a very heavy clinic today”. This happens repeatedly, so they clearly over-schedule without regard for their patients’ time. They send multiple email appointment reminders and even call the day before our appointments to make sure we, their customers, are on time for them, but maybe they should focus on their own organizational process.

Receptionist is rude and not helpful at all. Medical professionals should display compassion and the willingness/ want to help people in general. One medical professional to another- office/phone etiquette needs to be improved. We're all on the same team here. Why not help one another out?
Dr Wiernik and PA Christi are sweet and great. The office is not very organized. I have been waiting for a referral for almost a month and no one has called me back. I've called twice and still nothing. Yet they did tell me I owe for the referral because they charge you as another visit. So you have to pay 2 visits for the 1. Never heard of being charged to be referred to therapy.
The staff are unorganized and wasting patients time. I asked them to give me a copy of my son’s records and they asked me to pay for this! For any request you need to call them randomly and remind them!
I absolutely love Dr.Wiernik, been seeing her for 16 years. Staff is so friendly, even though I always request to see Dr.Wiernik I love the PA and NP. I have no complaints not even waiting time. This is because I completely understand to see the best you have to wait, Dr.Wiernik is through and will answer every question you have. If your appointment is taking too long they will vitalize your child, send you out to have a nice lunch, and text/call when your room is ready. Overall love Dr.Wiernik so much.
