I'm disappointed. After a year of being a member, the pandemic hit and I decided to drop my membership. Well around that time they auto drafted the yearly fee from my bank account . I asked if they could reimburse me but they said no because it was already charged. They took my money even though they new I was not going to use their facility anymore. This business practice is unethical. On top of that the lady who assisted me was not professional at all. @response... I understand about the monthly fee, but why should the yearly be charges if the membership was canceled within a couple of days. Your policy, in regards to the yearly fee is unethical.

Social distancing at its finest. I really loved the environment.
The membership is fairly priced. I do not like that people aren't wearing masks when working out. I keep mine on because I don't want to put others at risk. It does say in their policy that people can remove it when actively working out, but honestly during these times that just seems like a major risk.
This Planet Fitness recently opened. It was clean and plenty of machines to use. I liked to the open space the free weights are located at! We also tried the massage chair and hydro massage recliner, which is awesome after a workout!
I like the variety of equipment. Some of the younger staff in the morning is unprofessional, and seems like they don't want to be there. Started going overnight, and the staff is very courteous, and helpful with any questions I may have. More equipment available at night too.
