Needed to get two letters certified. The notary who helped us was very polite and greeted my daughter and I as soon as we entered the office. She understood right away what we needed to have done, and why. The whole transaction was easy, quick, and done for a good price. Parking was easy to find and the meter was only 25 cents for 30 minutes. No appointment was necessary, though our notary said that they might go to appointments-only if COVID-19 conditions get worse. They have remained open during the entire pandemic crisis, and they are taking all the right precautions to keep everyone safe. I'll be using Raquel's Notary Public for all my notary needs from now on. Highly recommended!
