I had my first consultation with Dr. Ortiz today. She was great at explaining what she was looking for during my examination. She showed me what the thyroid gland should look like and what she would be looking for during the ultrasound. Bonus points for having in house ultrasound and labs. Dr. Ortiz stayed calm and composed which helped me with my anxiety. All of my questions were answered. I appreciated her honestly and her obvious love of what she does. Thank you to Dr. Ortiz and staff for welcoming me to your clinic.

Dr. Ortiz is a wonderful doctor! She takes the time to get to know you and listens to all your concerns. She explains everything in detail and walks you through processes as she does them. She is always very open and honest about everything. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an endocrinologist.

I have been coming to the RGV Endocrine Center since September 2020 and I love it. The staff is sweet and Dr. Cantu is wonderful! They really know how to make you feel at ease and comfortable. All I can say 10 out of 10 in the time and care they provide to their patients.
