I do not recommend this place tor security concerns. While I was getting eye exam and in broad daylight at 9 am, my car was vandalized right in front of their clinic. I asked them to check their security cameras to see who had done it, but their response was that the person handling the security cameras was not there and as soon as he came back they would give me a call. Since they never called me back, I had to go back and now they say the cameras do not work in the front parking lot. They may not be at fault for someone committing a crime in the parking lot, but it is bad business not having working security cameras ( if it's true they do not work ) in the parking lot where clients expect their vehicles to be safe.

He asked “ Reason for Visitting “ Glare problem, driving at night” #1. Eye exam, and new glasses #2. Medicare pays for my exam anywhere else, he charges 40.00 for writing the prescription. He said there was evidence of cataracts, but no need for surgery at this time. Went next door to choose my glasses, no customers but had to wait for the prescription to come from next door? Charged 250.00 for plastic frames and glasses. Not friendly at all. Had to ask for my prescription, and was not happy I asked ( WTF)..when I picked up the glasses had no glare tint? I could not see any better then the old glasses 2 yrs old. ..Went back and he refused to fix the problem, told me go see a cataracts Dr. ? Completely different from what he said before. .. he would put anti- glare for 90.00.. more. I walked out. 250.00 wasted . Filing a complaint.

We had taken our oldest daughter to get an eye exam for contact lenses and we were told that those exams were more expensive to do. Then because of her eye pressure readings, they said they had to do more tests and file it as a medical claim. Needless to say, I wound up paying over 400 and a part of this charge included ordering her hard contacts. They said they would place the order of contacts and it would take 7-10 business days for them to arrive. I was told that they call me so she could get fitted and at that time, we would pay for the remaining balance of 500. Well 3 weeks later and still no phone call, I decided to call them. I had to call them four different times before someone in their office finally told me that the contacts had never been ordered since there was still a 500 balance on the account. What the heck?!?!? We were going to leave out of town in 2 days without my daughters contacts for her quinceañera! My daughter is devastated and my husband and I are extremely upset and disappointed! We are still trying to get them to refund us part of the money for the “fitting” of her contacts.
