This office deserves a ZERO. My first visit was a near death experience. I left worse than when I walked in. After being told repeatedly I was allergic to a certain medication this doctor insisted on giving me an in office treatment with it. Then, when I had a terrible reaction no one was near by to help as my lungs began to close and I nearly passed out on the floor. Another patient seemed to be the only one who heard my intense struggle to breathe. The staff in no way seemed concerned and when I tried to talk to the doctor to try another treatment I knew would work he completely ignored me. One of the nurses was also trying to get me out of the office asap. I asked to speak to the doctor again and felt completely dismissed. The doctor never showed up to speak to me after I asked the nurse to tell him I was still there and struggling to breathe. This office deserves an absolute ZERO!

My daughter went see Dr. Ramon Rodriguez. She had an awful experience at this office. The Dr and most of staff were very unprofessional. He would not listen to her. If there was a way I could give Dr Rodriguez and staff a \ZERO\ rating I would.
