I had a wonderful tIme here with my gf’s! This was our first time coming to a pole fitness class and wow! It was harder than I thought but the class was so much fun. It didn’t seem like I was working out but I feel it now . I didn’t catch the instructors name but she was a petite young woman with curly hair and glasses with so much skill and technique! She was so nice and encouraging and really made all of us feel welcomed. She will be the reason why I’m going back. We paid 15 for a pop in class. I’m seriously considering purchasing the monthly package for 2 hours a week for 80 or 4 hours a week for 100. All in all I had a great time! I think I’m going back next week! Also, I like that it’s an intimate setting (there’s 6 poles available in a quaint suite). But it’s perfect and I feel less intimidated. I had an awesome time. Definitely a first for me but won’t be the last. ️️️️

The environment is great friendly and the teacher is awsome his techniques in teaching are step by step so you never leave the place disappointed and you feel great after the workouts and dance it keeps you coming back to learn more and build a stronger you
