I love working with San Jacinto. They readily communicate, don't wait until the last minute, and their fees are very competitive. I have had some tough deals run by their desk and they worked with me. Very impressed

If you are planning to close your property in a month or longer this is the place to be, I recommend you to go with Elda specifically if you want the longest possible wait. Never answers the phone and never calls back. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THERSE CLOWNS!!

Went to San Jacinto Title Services for a curb side closing. They brought the papers to my car . They were ready to signed. Every place were we had to highlighted for easy access. Once we were done, the papers were picked up. A few minutes later, we received a copy of what we had signed and we were on our way. The whole process took less than an hour. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend this title company.

Unprofessional. Unorganized. Lack of communication. No call backs. As I buyer during option period I terminated contract through my agent. Both parties signed paper work. It has been two weeks and no return of my escrow. No call backs, no answers. I would NOT use this title company Seller is under contract with new buyer, how is this possible when I still have earnest money held in escrow.
