My mother was admitted to floor seven east wing. Where she was received with very cordial and caring attitudes. She was blessed to have Bing and Jessica as her nurses. They were excellent. The physical therapist did a great job helping her get back up on her feet. Carmen the cna was so sweet and very caring with my mom. We had a good experience with the dietitian and the staff from MRI who were very patient with my elderly mother. Dr. Flores thank you very talking to us in terms we understand and being very patient with us. The room was kept very clean by Mari Cruz. They are doing great at keeping a safe environment during this pandemic. Everyone coming in and out following all protocols with masks and hand hygiene. The only complaint was the food. The food lacked flavor and it was cold. But we understand that is hospital food. Other then that everything was excellent. We appreciate all the staff and the Hard work they are putting in. Overall a good experience.

Worst experience in my life with a hospital but ... I addressed my concerns to the house supervisor Theresa and the head of ICU came in and spoke with me ... Theresa went out of her way to give me peace of mind so that the healing could begin. Joanna also came in and helped calm my issues with the ICU drama. Marco and Mickey from step down came in and assured me that none of those antics would happen under this watch but we shall see. Well McAllen regional came thru and took care of my needs and soon as they became apparent .... 5west had excellent nurses Rudy, Jackie, Maritza, Ivan. Esmeralda, Javi and Ruben who came by often to check up on me...

My stay so far In seven east has been very good. Everyone is very nice and always checking in on me answering all my questions and making sure I’m taken care of and have everything I need. The room is kept very clean and sanitized. Everyone is very nice and friendly. I recommend this hospital and their employees!

Very good service at this hospital. This is the first time I have ever been hospitalized so I didn't know what to expect but the team on 7 east exceeded my expectations. Gladys y Alex offered me great care and made me feel very comfortable while being here. I'm glad I was only here for a short time and was discharged but in the short time I was treated very well by everyone who helped me.
