Last week I broke the screen of my iPhone SE (first generation) and took it to the iPhone Clinic. As the battery was worn out, I also asked them to replace it with a new one. They told me the work would take between 30 minutes and one hour. What actually happened was that they kept my phone for an entire week, repeatedly telling me that it would be ready the same day or the next. They eventually told me yesterday that it was ready to pick up. When I went in, they gave me what I thought was my phone, but when I got home I realized that IT WAS A DIFFERENT PHONE. Furthermore, it was an iPhone 5s, which is on the verge of obsolescence and inferior to the phone I left for repair. I suppose they were unable to repair my phone, but why did they not explain the situation to me? Did they think I wouldn't notice that they had given me a different, inferior, phone?

They are very disorganized and use used parts for their customers, that's not cool and should be done right by ordering the part and doing it the correct way. Don't recommend.

The employee behind the counter does not greet people when they walk in and he is to busy having a conversation with a girl that was there to help anyone else ..... I definitely don't recommend this place.

Very good service! Fast and reasonable prices for repairs. Had my screen cracked, took it in and gave a time when ready. Inside the lobby is a window to look inside the office to where they are working with the device. Also gives a claim tag for security. Price was 80 bucks. Not a scam and very professional service. I highly recommend this place.
