Starters had to wait on road to get in. Why not open at 1:30 in the afternoon I don't know. Then item I was shopping weight 2.5 pounds but cost me a arm and leg to mail. Just wanted to mail a item not buy the truck. Clearly I believe they over charge.

My first package was delivered efficiently by a driver, the next day, part two was on its way and was \undeliverable\ because driver couldn't find address. They were items I expedited for my daughters birthday party. They then don't open on Saturdays and Sundays, wth!!!!

Called just now, after being on hold for 5 plus minutes all I just wanted to ask is if they were open due to Covid. I didn't get the guys name but he said they are open.... all the way until the day ends?!?!... He sadly couldn't tell me a time. I'm not going over there now, wasting my time already because I'm sure its not busy at 7 pm on a Wednesday. seems like special people work there.

After two days of non-delivery and rescheduling a package shipment, I am going to have to go in and pick it up myself. Why? Because apparently they aren't competent enough to deliver a package. THAT IS THEIR JOB. Bunch of worthless good-for-nothings. On top of this, when they actually do deliver packages, they leave it in the most bizarre parts of the property (not at the back door, as I requested). They deliver to the front door, side windows/walls, and even on top of a plant holder in the back yard! Plus, they like to give this weird excuse of \we can't find your address on Google Maps\ to everyone, and have delayed my deliveries because of it. I have no idea what that's about.
