Wanted to share my experience when me and my wife visited your store on Sunday 10-11-20. Ryan was the salesman on duty that day. This young man was very professional and courteous. He first analyzed the way we walked to be able determine the best shoe to fit our walking style. Ryan thank you so much for making our experience in the store very enjoyable. We will definitely be back when we're ready for a new pair. Highly recommend anyone looking for running/walking shoes to visit Valley Running Co. and definitely ask for Ryan.

This is the premier running shoe store in the entire RGV. Knowledgeable and experienced is what the owner and staff bring to your buying experience. Had an excellent experience! Danielle was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. She brought out several pairs of shoes for me to try on from different brands that I had never even heard of before while also taking the time to explain some of the differences between the shoes and the various brands. I left with a great pair of shoes. Thank you!

I had a great experience here! All the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I always struggle finding running shoes to help alleviate my shin splints and the staff helped me find my perfect fit! They were so patient with me and helped guide me in the right direction. Top notch customer service!! From now on, I will only purchase my running shoes at Valley Running Co.!
