After making me wait more than an hour, he gave me an unprofessional and degrading of me, his name is “Luis “ costumes service. I want to report this person for a degrading treatment towards the client and with arrogance Well, yes, he's an employee of his Store he had a uniform, and all the employees talked to him. I also asked him his name and he told me his name was Luis so I could report it. If he wasn't an employee of your Store It's a lot worse because he had a uniform and all the employees responded to it, so there's something worse than negligence. Also, I had an offer to change my cell phone to a certain date for that day and I lost the opportunity because of his employee's negligence. And it has a star marked because it is the only option I have to be able to write my complaint, because if there was an option not to put absolutely none star.

I've always loved this store until today. I had an appointment at 5pm. I showed up at 4:40pm and the store is completely closed. I thought maybe they are out to lunch so I waited. It is now 5:15pm and absolutely no one showed up. The door says they are open until 7pm. If you aren't going to be open dont let people be able to make appointments! Or call and tell them to reschedule and not come down for nothing. Completely unacceptable.
Waited an hour outside with 2 other customers while all but one or two clerks were in a meeting. Very poor customer service Covid-19 situation is understandable but no service for a meeting? Will be changing to another cell company
I have never experience such a careless and denigrating attitude towards a customer, LUIS the sales rep. at this verizon store has zero respect and complete lack of professionalism.... couldn't even help me exchanging a phone that I bought less that 14 days ago, I'm very disappointed with verizon they look more to a walmart than a ATT.
