How can Walgreens be with out paper for 2 weeks , so no one can print pic's right now because there is no printing paper said an employee from there.
I have had problems with 80% of the prescriptions I sent to them... minor and major. If this is a “good pharmacy,” I don’t know which ones are bad. Well, they didn’t poison me yet... so they deserve one star. For example, the last prescription is delayed twice because they didn’t know my doctor’s fax number. I googled it and “let them know.” They got it wrong the second time too. How will I trust they put the right pills in the bottle? I guess it’s time to change my pharmacy. It’s a shame they’re the closest to my home.
I just had the best experience with a pharmacist from this location! Apparently, my prescription was sent to another Walgreens in the same city (error on behalf of my doctor's office) as I learned when I called here...and I was about to call my doctor when I get a call back from this Nolana/Mccoll location. She was able to transfer the prescription over so quickly and was already getting it ready for me. Love the customer service I receive every single time.
Don’t waste your time people! No stars!!! They do not listen to their voicemails or review their faxes. They do not fill their orders even if the doctor himself calls in the prescription. After 2 weeks of phone tag and checking around my work week schedule, the staff at this Walgreens cannot find my prescription. Doctor’s office repeatedly sent the prescription. I had to get upset and talk to them firmly and ask them to call the doctor and they gave me a customer traffic report instead. She said that the phone call to the doctor’s office would probably not happen before 5 pm she had too many customers and I had to wait until tomorrow. Highly disrespectful and incompetent. Smh Same excuses for two weeks. Forget it. Hello cvs or heb pharmacy.
