Satisfied customer here. Good water and ice, keep up the filtration and keep the prices where they are. I've never had bad water or ice ever. The prices are where they should be for water and ice. Don't raise the prices because it'll drive a lot of people back to buying from Walmart and convenience stores. You need to continue with the same quality and price in order to keep your customers. The machine \ate\ my change once but I called the toll free number and received a cash refund within a week. Thumbs up!!!
