I have not yet used this company but I have talked to the receptionist KALLI BOYD to get information and she is very knowledgeable and has such a precessional sound over the phone but yet caring sound to try and help me with the questions that I have. This is important to me when someone answers the phone and right off they try and help me it helps me to know that this company cares about people and solving an issue that I have. Keep up the good work Kalli people like you are hard to find

very good people. This was a pleasant experience from the time Ms. Kalli the receptionist answered the phone. Highly recommend. The install crew of Kyler and Logan went above and beyond helping . They were very accommodating. Very professional and kind . I highly recommend them to everyone.
The Southern Air team is always willing to help in anyway they can! The techs are very friendly! Zach came and fixed my unit within a very timely manner and was very professional! And the Receptionist dispatcher Kalli was super sweet and is a very kind and professional young lady to speak to!
Kyler and Logan came today and installed a fan motor on my outdoor a.c. unit, they were very professional and on time! Will recommend them to anyone
Kalli is very professional answering the phone and taking care of customers needs. Also giving a shout out to Brandon, Zachary and Logan and Kyler. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They are a definite asset to this company!
