Security and check in lady very nice ,don't go in more then 15 minutes before your appointment no where to park ,really fast in and out in less then 40 minutes

Really nice place to get loaded.. big parking lot.. but only pain is they go strictly by appointments.. if you don't have its going to be long wait
They have a 150.00 fee if you arrived the day before your appt and will get you offloaded quickly. Yes, I paid that fee and was in/out within an hour. No drivers allowed on dock. Clean facility. They don’t mention about overnight parking but we did and no issue. Being it’s Illinois and parking sucks glad we weren’t bothered.
They have nice clean place, go on first come first serve basis. But if busy will stick to appointment times, load you fast. Reason for 4 star is loading crew still learning
On this company take it your driver license and after loading or unloading,forget to give it back to you
