I had an overall fantastic, efficient and pleasant experience purchasing a CX-5 Mazda with McDonald Mazda West. In the sales department, I worked with both Doug and Miguel in test driving and negotiating a deal on a 2021 CX-5 Signature Mazda and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Both sales folks were very professional and upfront about all the details which made the decision very simple for me. Additionally the gentleman in the finance department was also very professional and courteous in dealing with the paperwork. I also worked with Marc in the service department who was equally pleasant, timely and efficient with scheduling and delivery of the Colorado care package for the vehicle. Couldn't have asked for a better end to end experience. Thank you!

We had a bit of an emergency with wiper fluid failure on our Mazda CX-5 on a drive all the way to New York on a 0 Fahrenheit day. Everyone was so friendly. They helped us out even without an appointment and really made our day. I would go back any time and recommend them to everyone!

Before you buy a brand new Mazda CX-30: Consider closely inspecting the exterior black plastic trim/molding located above the wheel arches and on the lower part of the doors for what appear to be unsightly bumpy deformities (see pictures). While it may be unsightly to the owner of a brand new CX-30, Mazda service centers at two dealerships in the area indicate that these indents/irregularities are ***normal*** on these brand new CX-30s. These bumpy deformities on the black plastic molding were apparent on brand new CX-30s in those dealerships' showroom and sales lot. Mazda Customer Experience has been notified about this issue. Hopefully, these irregularities/indents/bumpy deformities are not the new norm of quality that Mazda customers should expect for a brand new CX-30... I hope this helps in your purchase decision, especially if you are concerned about the appearance of the brand new vehicle you are about to spend a lot of money on. ---------------------------------- Note on rating: Sales Team (Rickey and Brad) gets 5-stars for professionalism and transparency. I have to give a 2-star to service center for due to initially messing up a rearview mirror w/ homelink install for an average of 3.5, but I needed knock it down to 1/2-star due to the presence of the bumpy deformities found on the external plastic trim (not the dealership's fault, but possibly Mazda manufacturing).
