Julia was great! She was very responsive online and helped me locate a firearm that I had been searching for. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They had some of the best prices around and do not price gouge like many other people during this time. The only downside about this place was how far it was from me. Would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a firearm to check out Amchar!

Went there days ago a hour before they close the person who helped with the video was helpful but the lady at the range part who was checking me has zero customer service skills at all and this is coming from someone who has 22 years in the customer service industry. I get the vibe that she didn't want to be there or did not want to serve us. So they lost a potineal 200 to 300 dollar visit due to that.

I have been going to Amchar for almost a year. The staff has been great, except once when one of the attendants was a tad bit unhelpful. They have kept their ammo prices almost the same throughout the pandemic. The range is nice and clean. They also have a nice selection of guns & accessories. The reason for 4 stars is that they don't yet have a system to take care of customers that come in for a quick purchase, like a box of ammo or target. You find yourself waiting in line with people who are renting a range lane. If they fix this problem, five stars.
