Check in at guard shack. Don’t get out of your truck. The guard stays in the shack. Give them your 5 digit pu number and drivers license number. They tell you to park and they’ll call you with door. If you’ve ever been to any americold, you’re in their system. If you’ve changed your phone number ask them to verify your number in the system or you’ll never get your call. I arrived at 1250, appointment time was 1330, got door at 1615. Still loading at 1702.

No overnight parking. Could be a drop and hook but they were short empty trailers at the time I delivered.
Guards have very bad attitude insulting behavior at gaud checking time. They need some professional Gaurds
The staff was very professional and courteous. Assigned a door right away. Unloaded in a hour.
Extremely tight lot! Torn off hood looking for a spot to happen! Check in was smooth and easy. All and all not a bad place to load. No overnight parking and no parking anywhere near the facility either.
