Excellent service!!! Literally all your biking needs are here! Kevin is so great he patiently answered all my questions. I had to be here almost an hour scouring the store with him and asking questions. He really cared about safety and made sure I knew to get a helmet. I probably won't go anywhere else for my bike. I can't wait to come here more often. As a beginner I left this place knowing way more than when I entered the store. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.
I stopped in needing my tires inflated. I don’t recall the technicians name, but he was great! He not only inflated my tires, he showed me how to inflate them, and gave the bike a quick tune up in the process. He found that there was an issue with the brakes as well and fixed them. The experience was quick and he was very knowledgeable. I will ALWAYS come back to Trek, McDonough. They definitely have my business
