Rory was great, he was helpful and very informative. The one complaint I have about my experience at this location is they were short staffed and I felt like I want a priority because I was only there to buy accessories. I waited for over a half an hour. There was a lady and a man associate and granted they were helping other customers, but it only takes a second to say we’ll be with you in a moment or just acknowledge you as a customer. However as I stated in the beginning when the associate (Rory) showed up he jumped right in and he helped with all my questions and concerns. The four stars are for Rory and the experience I had with him.

Just want to say thanks to Sandra for the excellent customer service I couldn’t have had a better experience she was very helpful and professional she took her time and answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed I’m overly satisfied because everyone knows how much of a hassle it can be to get a new phone.

I was very frustrated due to the fact that I had been to multiple At&t locations looking for a particular phone. I entered this McDonough location and was met by Steven. He was so polite and understanding of my situation. He took his time with me and I was able to purchase the phone I wanted. He gave exceptional customer service. Greatly appreciated
He was professional, gave good service and friendly! AT&T needs to come up with a better way for the employees to serve their customers. I had to wait out in the hot summer weather before I could go in the store! The store was NOT near full only two customers at a time! I know the safety of the employees and customers are a priority but AT&T needs to figure out a way to service the customers and keep everyone safe. If the store is not equipped to have waiting customers be comfortable they should not opened yet. I understand employees need to work but your employees are more than a number & customers keep the lights on! The sales rep was awesome I thank u for ur service!
