We had the best experience shopping for our furniture here. Our salesperson, Wayne, was so helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and wanted. I had an idea of what I was looking for but had several questions. Wayne was always willing to answer all of my many questions and even made suggestions after hearing what I had in mind. The experience was good from sales all the way through delivery. We were so pleased, we returned to also purchase furniture for my husband’s new office. We went back to Wayne and he demonstrated the same impeccable service. We absolutely love our new home furniture as well as office furniture and have received multiple complements on both.

Upon entering store, we were greeted by sales consultant, Wayne. After a short discussion of the type of recliner we were looking for, Wayne showed me a recliner that he thought we would like. Turns out, we decided to purchase this particular recliner. This was after looking at many more. Wayne answered all our questions, and was very helpful. He let us do the looking and comparing without any interference. Very happy with our selection. Recliner made by Southern Motion, which is company we had never heard of. Very highly rated company and product located in Mississippi. Was given around a 12 to 15 week delivery date, which is very good during these \strange times\. Financing approval for 12 months, same as cash, was a easy process done in store. Shopping for furniture can be stressful, but Wayne and Havertys made it enjoyable. Dave and Karen

Mr.Wayne was very nice an extremely helpful. He knew everything about the furniture there. He assign a designer who was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right colors and pieces of furniture. They appears to be a great team.

Delivery men were professional. They took time to assist me with moving an item I could not move alone. They arrived at appointed time and quickly set up my bedroom and cleaned up the packing material leaving me a happy customer

We went into Havertys to get an idea of upgrading our furniture and loved the beautiful decor. The customer service was also outstanding. Pam was so patient and very helpful with suggestions. This is a great furniture store with many options.
