My experience was great! Once I arrived, I was in and out with my oil change ! Also, the man who was helping me told me about other things I need to check on in regards to my car. This was very helpful because this is my first car. I definitely will be back !

I have been to this dealership a few times but today I had a better experience. The gentlemen that took care of me was very polite, honest and had a sense of humor. We negotiated for a few hours ( lol) I ended with a great deal. ( Jimmy salesperson )

I was referred to Nissan in McDonough by an associate I work with so I scheduled an appointment and went in shortly after they opened. The salesman showed me two trucks but would not give me a price for the vehicles. Instead, he ran my wife and my credit seven times in what I believe was an attempt to get as much as they could for the truck. After almost four hours we left having waisted half of a day's work for nothing. An hour later I was told we were approved and could come back to get the truck. They still would not tell me the price of the truck. He said I would have to \come in\ to get that info as it could not be related over the phone. The truck was not even on their inventory online. This went on for 2 or 3 days. I eventually went to Carmax and purchased a better truck with no hassle and complete information clarity. Do not buy from Nissan of McDonough.
