I went to the location and order 4 by 4 rectangle tables 2 weeks prior to my event. I walk to whole warehouse and told them my space is small. I needed smaller tables. We finally agreed on something n when i went down there to pick it up. They loaded my car for me. I didnt notice til we was setting up that the tables was the larger one that i told them i could not use. I called the next morning and spoke to Tom, who pretty much told me its my fault and i should of looked at what they were loaded in my car. When i ask to swap the tables he didnt even have the tables i needed anymore. I had to spend more money and just buy the tables i needed at a local walmart. I will never rent from again. There customer service is terrible. Once they have your money they could care less.
