Customer service here is lacking. As I entered your business, there were two men sitting at their desks. They answered two phone calls each before coming to the counter to see help another customer and myself. I guess they think a customer on the phone is more important than a customer waiting in the store. When it was finally my turn, I told him what I needed. He told me they did not have the hose that I needed. I asked him if he could find some adaptors. He hesitated before trying. As if he really did not want to help me. Finally he did.

Seems like the smaller the shop the more work gets done. My trailer lights and some lights on my truck was acting up. The trailer electric box near the steering wheel on the fire wall was burned out. They replaced it quickly and I was back on the road rolling! Good customer service and with most dealer .
Excellent service! Steve and Jeremy from the office and , Jason the technician who was in charge of fixing our truck, went far and beyond to resolve our issue and have us rolling back on the road again. Highly recommended!!
