My husband and I have a nice house here in Pembroke Park but the construction in our area is horrendous. The workers are here well before 7 am some mornings and well after 7 pm some evenings. One morning there was a material delivery made at 4:45 am with the beeping sound of the forklift and the loud engine of the truck. I know because it woke me out of sleep and I couldn’t go back to sleep for at least an hour because of the noise. I’m not certain but I don’t believe they should be working on Sundays yet they have been here two weekends in a row and with a child in the construction area on one of those days. They play their music very loudly and I can hear it in the back rooms of my house. I am currently working from home and it is very disruptive. Although I know the houses have to be completed, I just think they could do better than what is being done right now. This is a neighborhood so the level of noise especially so early in the morning should not be like it has been for the past few weeks.

I'm currently in the process of trying to get a DR Horton home. The staff are really helpful and hands on. Pray that I finally get my dream home
This is not only a nice looking area, with newer homes and community, but it is also near by all the shopping outlets and restaurants and close to the highway.
I had my 1st transaction with D.R. Horton close last Friday. My experience with Cynthia Hunter and Daryl Alexander was phenominal. My client had limited flexibilty in her schedule but both of them stayed much later than their scheduled shifts to accomodate my client's needs. They were awesome in their knowledge about the properties and exemplified excellent customer service! I gave this rating a 4 because I feel like improvements can be made in the financing/loan department. Perhaps more staff needs to be hired in order to insure a smoother closing process.
One of favorite communities to sell properties. Took my clients there and they really loked it.
