The staff is friendly, about half are wearing masks. If it wasn't a pandemic, this would be 4.5-5 stars, but a gentleman walked in, asked if he had to wear a mask, and proceeded to interact with staff and browse unmasked. Other patrons and staff members were unmasked or wearing masks on their chins. Otherwise tidy, friendly staff, nicely kept place. I can't consign patronizing them myself, but take from my review what information you need to make your own decision.

Southern RV rocks! We just purchased our second travel trailer from them this year. Jonathan Mayfield (our sales guy) is very helpful and has a great attitude. The staff works hard to make the experience excellent. We will continue to do business with these great guys!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a friendly face. Jonathan Mayfield was who worked with us and between him and the finance guy we never felt pressured. We had traveled to two different RV places but this is the place to come. I would HIGHLY recommend Southern RV! We ended up buying here and they actually set up a tutorial to show you how everything works in our new camper. Excellent customer service.
