This is not a company to work for when the supervisor is racist. Its three brothers that work together they have a key to the building and clock in at five and go to sleep. He talks politics at work in meetings which is unacceptable. They underpaying machine operators.
Really horrible Place to work for. Their machines are old and outdated. Forklifts constantly break down , requiring a forklift mechanic to be there everyday. They don’t have any real maintenance , always requiring help from another person plant. They lie to the corporate company in Bosier, LA. about what’s going on. I’m pretty sure they pocket the companies money that they should be using to host company cookouts and events that the employees should have on the regular. Steel coils everywhere on the floor making it hazardous to walk through. Safety routes are constantly blocked off and broken equipment goes unfixed for entirely to long.
Really nice metal roofing and friendly people.
