My car was there 3 weeks in a row and they could not find out why the car was going into limp mode and stalling out so it was left there another 2 weeks straight for them to drive it and still no answers they were also told its using oil the day I picked it up it was extremely low in oil and they had no idea it was they never checked it once while it was there then 2 days later it went into limp mode again so it was brought back to them for another 2 weeks and they still have not told me why it uses oil which it's been doing for a long time and why it keeps going into limp mode. And the service man when I picked it up let us in the door and walked away and did not come back for 15 mins when no one else was around to help then when I asked a few questions about what they found out he said he doesn't know and I'll have to come back on Monday to find out I said I was told it would be in my file what was all done and he again said he did not know and did not bother to look in my file he was not interested in helping at all the car has thrown a light for me when it has acted up everytime 7 weeks and no answers or help they lost my business I will take it to a different dealership location who is willing to help fix my car

Service guys are awesome. Called the finance department with a warranty question and was on speaker with a very impatient and not friendly person. This is my 2nd interaction with the finance department. Sales was great, services great.... finance just needs customer service training.

Service department was very unprofessional. Cussing in front of children. When I called the dealership I had a question with a response of “Jesus Christ” under their breath. Very rude. When I asked to talk to a manager, my request was denied. I will not be returning. They have lost my business.

From out of town visiting relatives & needed an oil change before heading back home. Service staff was very pleasant & up front with everything. They even sent a video of the inspection which is fantastic. Most places you can't go in to inspect under your car, so getting a video with commentary was a welcome surprise. All service centers should do this. Quick service & good pricing.

The best service department in town! Everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They'll include a video of your multi-point inspection for you to see any issues first hand, which is very comforting. We already took our Tuscon here, but after purchasing our Kia Telluride and receiving bad service from Kia, we now take out Kia here too. Stellar service every time!
