I found the staff here to be very knowledgeable, AND helpful! MOST places I've been they want the information handed to them on a platter. Since I was working on a on off custom project, I didn't have part number to give them. They were more than happy to measure the parts I had & find a bearing that would work for my unusual project. THANKS, McGuire Bearing Co! You've earned me as a customer for ALL my future bearing needs.
I nearly ignored calling these guys because someone didn’t like the service. I came in 10 minutes before closing and they were very helpful in trying to help me find what I needed. I’ll definitely go back.
Bought bearings here. They didn't fit which was fine but when I returned them they said they had to send a refund via check. Took a little bit of time but they refunded the money. (This review was updated to reflect that they did eventually refund me). (Previously they had not). sorry for the delay in this update McGuire Bearings.
Not what they used to be... bearing house gone to the dogs...now run by millinial know it all's that know nothing, unexperienced, uneducated not mechanically inclined... Forget customer service
