Billing has been after my wife for over a year now for a payment. We have contacted this group at least twice to resubmit to our insurance at the time and our insurance has said they see no claim even to today. They have now contacted a collection agency despite failing to file the claim, no bill this time, just straight to collection. I will definitely be adding this group to a ot allowed to touch me\ list and refusing any service from them even if I have to go to a different hospital to do it. Update: 2.5 years later after talking to them last andand believing the insurance info was finally submitted properly and they're still claiming we owe according to a very unprofessional collection agency claiming we received a letter giving us 10 days notice to contact them that was never received. Also the listed phone number is no longer in service.

The billing department here is a friggin joke. My insurance messed up with paying them so they are blaming me for it and when I offered to make payments to catch up they rudley stopped me and said \Yeah no... You pay us all or nothing.\ What a joke!
