They left me stranded in a foot of snow last night after waiting for 2 hours. The tow truck driver said he was afraid of getting his 14,000 lb 4 wheel drive truck stuck in the snow. Thank GOD for the Carpentersville Police Department who rescued me and called their towing company to tow me out. My roadside assistance insurance for what ever reason is using this company. It was 7 degrees last night, finally after 3 1/2 hours we made it home!

I have a 2005 Ford F250 Powerstroke pickup. I have taken it to B&B for various repairs over the years. They tell you what the problem is, what parts are needed and the price of each one, including labor of course. They use top quality parts, with lifetime warranty, and do top quality work, usually a quick turnaround, the next day. These guys are the best there is! I won't take my pickup anywhere else.
