Thank you Ed's rental for helping make our two little boys birthday the best it could be during this time!!! We rented the wizard castle bounce house and slide and the kids (and a few adults\u200d️) couldn't have had a better time! An extra special shout out to Darrell who was extremely courteous and worked with us to reschedule literally last-minute due to weather issues! We will 100000% be using Ed's rental again!

Rented a trailer for our pontoon almost lost our boat because the bearing broke on the trailer they made us still pay full price didn't even offer free or discount It was the most horrifying experience watching our boat tip on the trailer The bearings and the other trailer look like they haven't been greased ever very unsafe. Plus our back lights on our trailer only worked on one side
We needed a large tent for a wedding ceremony in a very tight location in a yard on a difficult to find lakefront residence. The wedding was done on a very tight budget and we didnt have a lot of money to spend on a tent but had to have one uncertain of the weather. Ed's rental was the cheapest we could find with the size of tent we needed with the sides with windows. I reserved the tent over the phone easily with a debit card and confirmed it 2 days prior to the wedding. Their crews showed up on our planned date to put the tent up exactly on time, they were professional and took care not to damage the lawn, greenery and yard lighting. The crew worked their butts off putting the tent up where we wanted it battling 20mph winds coming in from the lake the entire time. The crews installed extra stakes and strapping knowing we were expecting severe storms over that weekend. The wedding ceremony went off with out a hitch and was perfect and then tent held perfectly despite being pummeled multiple times with very strong winds and heavy rain, I even recieved a text from Ed's rental during our rehearsal cautioning of lightning in the area and that people should be evacuated from the tent if the lightning became too close. After the wedding their crews showed up again exactly on time, tore the tent down and removed it, again taking precautions to prevent damage. They even filled the tent stake holes when they were finished. My new wife and I are extremely happy and grateful with the quality service and attention Ed's rental showed us during a time of extreme stress for us and would recommend them to anyone.
