Ordered material on 29 Sept & items were indicated to have shipped on 1 Oct with delivery from 6-14 Oct. More than 2 weeks later, (15 Oct) items never showed up. Upon calling customer service, they stated that items were never in stock when ordered and never shipped. No communication was ever sent to notify me and to date I have not received a full refund. Unfortunately the primary person suffering is our child who need the items for school. UPDATE - Have received a half refund. Still awaiting remainder amount.

If you're in the education business, I highly recommend Follett for educational materials and services. They make teachers, librarians, and school administrators jobs easier. Went to an interview for a job and it seemed that I was too old for some of the positions and they kept telling me that all the first shift jobs that were listed in ad were filled. But the second shift was open. I would have liked to get a first shift job there. Looked very interesting.
