Office staff are caring & considerate. Dr Richards is very thorough, takes time to answer questions & address concerns. I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else!

Asked for help on when Shingles came back,and they brushed my mom off.said she needed a specialist witch is what they are.Then gave me names off people in Hoffman Estates knowing its to far to drive.She need care right away. The office is to busy they over book so u wait for hours,and the staff at front desk is rude.
