Just want to give a shout out to John. Called him this morning (Saturday) at 10 needing our well pump replaced. He was here by 1130. Knows his stuff and got is back in good shape. Polite/ professional. Thank you!

John came the same day I called to assess my situation. He was very fair, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. We ran into some issues that I am sure another company wouldn't have taken the time to work out without replacing the well. We were very satisfied with our service and would definitely recommend John to anyone in need of well service. He knows his stuff!
John is honest and took the time over the phone to help me fix my issue without coming out to my house and charging me for something I didn't need. He spent at least a half hour of his time on the phone and told me how to fix my well issue too save me the money and was willing to drive to my house too sale me a filter for less than I could buy it for, at the hardware store. It is rare to find someone like him and any issues you have with your well, John from McHenry well is the man to call.
A very kind and honest repairman. He answered my call at sunrise and added me to his morning... saving the day! No water first thing after waking up is scary but we were fixed in time to get to work! We love this guy!!!
John is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. You can really tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!
