The overall experience was fine but I would have gone somewhere else if I had known the new protocol. I had to get my infant covid tested, and they had us wait in the car for a while. I was not allowed to bring him in with his stroller, and after the wait I had to change his diaper in the exam room. I was told I couldn’t throw it out in the garbage in there, and that I needed to carry it out with me. I’ve never been to an office that didn’t permit a stroller. Nothing wrong with them enforcing the protocol, but if you’re the parent of a particularly heavy infant, you might want to try somewhere else
