In 2 weeks 3 packages from different companies said delivered in the mailbox that was NOT there. Called the post office the first time and the guy was able to geo track the carrier and said she was at the mailbox but maybe put it in my neighbors. He said he will have her look and if found bring to the door and ring my doorbell...fine! that night package was delivered. Now just a week later and the same thing is happening again!!!...2 more times? I get there my be delays due to the current situation of the world, but If the package is delayed then say that. Dont say delivered when its not and have people frantically looking for their stuff. I order things all the time but never have i experience such level of incompetence...just horrible!

Just like any other USPS store which has everything else perfect/great with one thing or other seriously wrong. I have always loved USPS self service and the very reasonable prices they have to send even complex stuff like cell phones, for which some other brands like UPS and FedEx charge 4x more. The ladies in the staff are very sweet and assist with anything you need. There is however one gentleman(Asian) in the staff who is extremely rude and unforgiving to anybody and everybody who go to his counter. I myself am Asian and have had a terrible experience with him. Such people give USPS and Asia a bad name! Avoid this person and you're good with this branch.

100% agree with another persons post, go to Fox Lake post office if at all possible. How many complaints must one submit for action to be finally taken? They refuse to find any solutions to any problems. When coming to them with a problem one of the clerks verbatim said “were not even paid to say hi to you”. Love the attitude. Absolutely pathetic......

I ship things very frequently, and have usually had pretty good experiences but recently this specific post office has lost 3 packages of mine... not one, not two but three! Not really sure what's going on over there but not pleased. And when you file a claim for your lost packages they USPS never moves the claim under review. Not to mention the cost of sending packages has gone up exponentially in the last few years.

Cant wait till theyre replaces by fedex! Also the \postmaster\? wasnt wearing his mask right, nose out constantly taking it off to drink his coffee..which i get hey it was early in the morning but WALK AWAY AND TAKE YOUR SIP...robots have better customer service.
