If I could give them no stars I would. Our service has been interrupted several times by them.. They have closed out our account , have picked up our garbage can and have over charged us several times in these past six months. Somehow a second account was opened in our name and we have been paying/charged twice. Every time we have called to complain, they admit the mistake is on their end and will correct the issue. We then, are assured this second account is closed, that our bill is up to date and all will be fine, from the \MANAGER\... Here we are again, Friday, Nov. 10 2017 and our garbage wasn't picked up. When we called we were told we have two accounts open. Then told it was their mistake and they were sorry. We ask when will our garbage be picked up, they say next Friday. A week from now. The Friday our next weeks garbage is scheduled to be picked up. Now I have a full garbage and nowhere to put this week's garbage. THE ABSOLUTE WORST BILLING DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! This includes their management. If you have a choice to go with another pick up service, you should.

Pickup has been alright the two years we have had them. I just don't understand how one price and size is all they offer when i don't have any other option for garbage pickup but them. My wife and I throw maybe one 13 gal garbage bag out a week. I know they have the sticker program, but it would be nice to just have an option to get a smaller container. About to switch to the sticker with the 32 gal can and put it out every few weeks for 3.85 instead instead of 120 every 3 months.

I had waste management for 1 month. I received my first bill for 275 for 4 months. While setting up service the did not explain the details of the bill. They did not inorm me that they also charge 42 for fuel for the truck. When we moved in,there were already cans here, that's why we chose them, only for them to come and remove our cans 2 days before trash pick up. I immediately called them to ask why they did so and it was an order that was at least 3 months late. They did not bring our new cans in time so we had to just leave our trash and recycling by the road, which normally I'd be fine with, except its off a major rd with lots of traffic. Needless to say it went everywhere. When i called to talk about the bill, the operator couldn't explain it to me. I asked that they have upper management call me to explain and answer the questions the rep couldn't, but never received a call back. The trash bill was more than my heat and electric combined. It never occurred to me that a waste company would have such high hidden fees that they don't discuss at time of sign up.

Now moved in for over a month and NO GARBAGE CAN. I had to walk in swearing to get someone to write up a ticket just for my recycling bin to be delivered. I've been told that they'll send someone out with my can but they're \held up\ and \have a shortage of cans\ so I won't be receiving mine. They can kiss it, I'm definitely leaving for a different company. NEVER use these imbeciles.

Horrible company driver tore a wire down off the side of our home and caused damage claiming no fault company doesn't want to do anything about it all I get is its out of their hands! The company expects us as home owners to pay for the damage.
