We had a meeting a week ago in our company (about many things) and McKenzie P&A came out in the conversation because we've realized how much this collection agency has impacted in our finances to my business. Our company used to loose a lot a money in a year by our clients leaving open balances in their accounts and not pay. NOW we don't worry as much as we used because we know we can count on McKenzie P&A. We highly recommend them, we work directly with John Rozzen he's always available to answer any questions, always checking in. WE ARE VERY HAPPY TO BE DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM.

I spoke to a “John” about a debt they were attempting to collect from me. I tried to explain that the debt was a misunderstanding with my job and that my company would be handling everything. He interrupted me several times and told me “just pay the money. It’s not even that much”. When I tried to explain that my job would be paying it he continued to interrupt me and basically told me I was lying (although he and I had already had a conversation prior about this exact situation) I told him we had already spoke about this weeks before and he again called me a liar saying he never spoke with me. I asked him several times to please transfer me to another associate because he was being very rude to me. He then told me there were no other associates in the building, he was the only one there and his manager wouldn’t be back for a week. He also told me that I was wrong, and that he was not being rude. He continued to get louder and louder as I was speaking and continued to talk over me while I tried to speak. I was finally transferred to his “manager” a woman named Allison I believe. Where she listened to the entire situation and not once apologized for John’s behavior. When I asked to file a formal complaint and speak with her boss she told me “this is as far as this is going to go, it’s not going any further”. Basically letting me know that I can try to correct it but she would be sure that it didn’t go any further or to any of her managers. Both John and Allison were completely unprofessional. John was rude, belittling, demanding, condescending, and spoke to me like a was completely incompetent. This company and its employees are a joke. If you are someone attempting to correct a debt with them please be advised that they will treat you horribly, and I hope that anybody dealing with this company moving forward doesn’t have to deal with what I have had to deal with.

These guys harassed me to collect money I did not owe (the day before Xmas of all times) and even though I assured them the issue was a mistake in billing, they threatened my credit so I paid. And of course, I didn't owe the money and I am having an impossible time getting them to refund. They are unprofessional and are rude on top of it. And still have my money.

I was called by Eric Barnes from this company about a medical appliance bill from a orthopedic surgeons office. I never received a bill from the company. They waited for payment with no bill being sent. So when they sent to to Mackenzie Paul, Eric took it and called me. He was very rude and abrasive...over less than 16. Seriously? And he wanted me to give him my credit card information. I told him to send me a bill. I received it and paid it, yet within days he sent me another letter demanding payment. Complete jerk! It is sad that you are so rude and abrasive over less than 16. Have you ever heard that you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar?
